Odeon is a family office investment firm focused on acquiring great businesses and introducing our technological innovation to unlock new growth.
Odeon was founded by two principles with decades of technology, investing, and operational experience in IT, Software, Healthcare, and Industrials to invest their personal capital.
We are based in New York, NY and actively searching for great businesses. The principles & their investment partners are investing their own capital and therefore there is no mandatory structure, hurdle rates, or contingencies. We target businesses that generate between $8m to $50m in annual revenue or $2m+ in annual profit.

Daniel M
FOUNDER
Daniel has been a technologist & private equity investor throughout his career. He has completed over 50 investments across software, healthcare, industrials, professional services, and franchises. Daniel doubles as the firm’s technology leader. He has built dozens of software products, applications, mobile apps, IT infrastructures, and data pipelines stemming from his love of computer programming from a young age. Daniel previously worked at McKinsey where he served clients in the healthcare, mining, gaming, and pharmaceutical industries focusing on building and launching digital products for his clients.

Ryan H
FOUNDER
Ryan is an entrepreneur and operator to the core with expertise in a variety of industries. He has a track record of successfully founding and scaling businesses ranging from $2M to $500M revenue with 3 exits. Ryan has a strong focus on building teams, product strategy, GTM, partnerships, and structuring complex deals. He co-founded Gratafy (acquired by Inmar), a software platform utilized by global alcohol-bev companies to manage, transact, and distribute promotions. He previously founded Cynnex Networks (acquired by FusionTek), a Cisco Systems managed services partner. Ryan holds various patents and serves on multiple advisory boards including PrimaryVC.
